Dear colleagues, partners, and members of the dental community,
It has come to our attention that the name and logo of the Digital Dentistry Society (DDS) have been used without authorization in promotional materials, including a recent newsletter, by the organizers of the so-called Digital Dentistry Show (also referred to as DDS Berlin or Digital Dental Show Berlin).
We wish to formally clarify the following:

• The Digital Dentistry Society (DDS) with seat in Lugano, Switzerland, is in no way affiliated with the Digital Dentistry Show or any events organized under that title.
• The use of our logo, name, and brand identity in their communications has not been authorized and may mislead the public into believing there is a formal partnership, which is entirely false.
• Despite a one-off scientific collaboration with previous Organizers, in Berlin 2024, the DDS has not endorsed, co-organized, or collaborated recently with the organizers of the “Digital Dentistry Show,” nor do we recognize any of their current or future events as being connected to our society or scientific programs.
• Despite our direct request to cease such use, we are aware that our logo and name may still be appearing in some of their marketing materials or online content. We strongly condemn this unauthorized use, which misrepresents our mission and confuses members of the dental community.
