Inaugural meeting of DDS UK & Ireland Embassy

A New Chapter Begins!

This past weekend marked an exciting milestone for the Digital Dentistry Society with the official inauguration of the DDS Embassy in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Led by our newly appointed ambassador, Dr. David Murghanan, the event was a true success. Held in a carefully chosen venue that reflected the elegance and professionalism of the occasion, the day was enriched by Dr. Murghanan’s outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and deep commitment to the Society’s mission.

The audience, composed of passionate dental professionals and forward-thinking experts, showed exceptional engagement, curiosity, and skill throughout the program: “Digital Advances to Improve Your Dental Workflow”. Their active participation underscored the growing enthusiasm for digital innovation in clinical dentistry across the UK.

On behalf of the DDS Board, we extend our warmest thanks to Dr. Murghanan for embracing this role with such dedication and vision. His leadership marks the beginning of a new era for the Society’s presence in the region.

We look forward to welcoming Dr. Murghanan and the UK delegation in Venice, October 16-18, for the DDS Global Congress Joint IADMFR Meeting, where his contribution will be officially recognized on stage.

The future of digital dentistry is global and growing stronger every day.
