iPhysio® now available for multiple-implant cases

The iPhysio protocol has proven highly effective for single-implant restorations, promoting the creation of a long-lasting biological seal through its specific geometry and surface design, reduced soft-tissue manipulation, and controlled tissue support.

This digitally assisted protocol not only simplifies implant treatments, but also enhances their long-term predictability and stability. It has now been adapted for screw-retained multi-unit restorations on abutments. Both components (abutment and iPhysio) have been designed to provide the same global profile and benefits as obtained on a single tooth.
  • Seamless continuity of the emergence profile between the tetra/plural abutment and the iPhysio component (featuring both concave and convex sections that preserve the natural U-shaped profile).
  • A more anatomically concave emergence profile creates additional space for soft tissues, while the convex section of iPhysio provides optimal tissue support.
  • No sharp edges, ensuring greater patient comfort.
  • Simplified continuous scanning with smooth and precise gingiva/iPhysio transition capture.
  • Scanning time reduced by up to threefold (eliminating the long and tedious scanning of scan body components emerging from the gingiva). Only the occlusal surface of iPhysio needs to be scanned; there is no need to capture the transgingival emergence beneath the iPhysio.
  • Exceptional scanning accuracy for multiple-unit cases thanks to iPhysio technology (microtextured zirconium nitride-coated surface) and the outstanding scannability of iPhysio geometries.
  • Precise identification of iPhysio heads (eliminating the risk of confusion with adjacent scan bodies) due to their positioning close to the gingiva.
